The Vivaldi Theatre in Jesolo will host the charity show ‘Only for you. Hip hop story'. A narration of the Hip hop story, told by Roberto Blue, with the participation of the Bluroyals project and the urban dance workshop The Vibe. The show will offer an overview of five disciplines: Djing, where the DJ manipulates sound using a mixer and two turntables connected to an amplifier; MCing, the art of speaking or singing in rhyme to a strong rhythmic accompaniment; Writing, the oldest discipline, developed in the late 1960s; Breaking, also known as B-boying or breakdancing, which stems from the union of Afro-Brazilian dances, Russian folk dance and Asian martial arts; and Beatboxing, a technique that imitates the sounds of percussion using the voice as an instrument. Admission is free, and all proceeds will be donated to the ‘Only for You’ Foundation.
