On 20 November 2024 the International Day dedicated to childhood and adolescence will be celebrated all over the planet, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the approval of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the United Nations General Assembly.
The Municipality of Jesolo is participating in the ‘Go Blue’ initiative, promoted by Anci and Unicef, by lighting up in blue both the JESOLO sign in Piazza Drago and the façade of the Municipal Library.
This awareness-raising initiative underlines the importance of ensuring the respect and protection of the rights of every child, girl child and adolescent, considering that, even today, the convention is not fully implemented.
