Jesolo Games and Comics, the first edition of the festival dedicated to comics, gaming and creativity, will take place from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 August 2025, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Piazza Mazzini, Jesolo. Admission is free, and the event will feature over 100 activities for all ages, from children to adults, covering the entire nerd universe.
The Kursaal Congress Centre will host a special exhibition on the Fantasy world, with particular focus on the Harry Potter universe, including private collections displayed in Italy for the first time.
Festival areas include: the Expo Area with comic shops, illustrators, craftsmen and self-produced works; the Artist Alley featuring creatives from across Italy; the Kids Comics Area with games and workshops for the little ones; GiocaJesolo, dedicated to board games and role-playing games; the LEGO Space with activities and challenges; the Kidult Section for adults passionate about collectible toys; and the new Romance-Fantasy Area.
The programme includes: Friday 29 August – opening of the village at 5:00 PM with family activities and a large Pokémon area in collaboration with Yukidex; Saturday 30 August – cosplay contest at 6:00 PM with tickets for Lucca Comics as prizes, meet & greet with Serena Riglietti at 7:30 PM at the Kursaal, cosplay parade at 9:45 PM, and a cartoon-themed musical show at 10:30 PM; Sunday 31 August – Labubu fans gathering, Jesolo Italianbrainrot Party with exclusive launch of 12 Brainrot characters, Puzzle Battle for families, and interactive activities for all.
The guest of honour will be Serena Riglietti, illustrator of the first Italian Harry Potter covers, who will participate in meetings, signings, and in-depth discussions about her work.
